A twenty-minute tune-up twice a year catches the wear that turns into a six-a.m. spring failure. It's the cheapest visit we do and the one that prevents the rest.
We treat maintenance visits with the same thoroughness as a diagnostic repair call.
We disconnect the opener and lift the door by hand to verify it holds position, the real test of proper spring balance.
Loose hardware and dry moving parts are two of the most common causes of premature wear we catch during maintenance.
We provide the same level of documentation on a maintenance visit as we would on a repair.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
A full mechanical check and lubrication service recommended twice a year to catch wear before it becomes a failure.
Proper balance reduces strain on the opener and extends the life of both springs and motor.
Loose bolts, worn brackets, and hinge wear are checked and corrected as part of a full safety pass.
Springs, hinges, rollers, and track get lubricated with the correct product for each component, not a one-size-fits-all spray.
When a part is close to end of life, we'll recommend proactive replacement during a scheduled visit rather than waiting for a breakdown.
Call +1-831-293-1591 →A quick call sets up a seasonal tune-up appointment on your schedule.
Technicians arrive with lubrication supplies and common replacement parts in case something needs immediate attention.
You'll see a written summary of findings before agreeing to any additional work.
You'll know exactly what was done and what to watch for before the next scheduled visit.
“Balance test showed the spring was getting weak. Glad we replaced it before it failed completely.”
“Door runs so much quieter after the lubrication service. Should have been doing this yearly.”
“Caught a loose bracket during the hardware check that we never would have noticed ourselves.”
We recommend a tune-up twice a year, ideally before the hottest and coldest months when temperature swings stress hardware most.
The visit covers everything from spring balance to opener safety-reverse testing.
We'll flag any spring showing signs of fatigue well before it becomes an emergency.
A door that seems fine can still have a cable close to fraying or hardware working loose.
Maintenance visits are priced as a flat rate, confirmed before scheduling, separate from any additional repair found.
We'll explain what was found, quote the fix, and let you decide whether to address it now or schedule separately.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
